Mindfulness meditation was originally taught by the Buddha over 2,500 years ago and in recent years has become increasingly popular in the West. The practice can easily be integrated into our everyday lives and it is powerful method of cultivating inner calmness, strength, overcoming stress and fear, to name but a few of the benefits. In this weekend retreat, Rinpoche will give commentary and instruction on the four mindfulnesses as well as a teaching on the nature of the mind (Mahamudra). All welcome.
